The mental wellbeing of the students, staff, faculty and the community is crucial for University of Dhaka. To cope up with the Post COVID-19 stress, the Department of Psychology, Department of Clinical Psychology, and Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology is arranging multiple awareness and counselling initiatives tirelessly.

To raise awareness on mental health and personal wellbeing the University of Dhaka hosted the 6th Bangladesh Clinical Psychology Conference. The Student Counselling and Guidance Office of the University of Dhaka provides free mental health counselling to the students each year. Link: https://www.du.ac.bd/offices/OSC

On top of that, there is a psychotherapy clinic at the University, Nasirullah Psychotherapy Unit, which provides processional support to the students and staff of the University at a subsidized price. Link: https://npudu.net/
